• Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. You will be emailed tracking information once your order ships.
  • Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and you may be emailed and asked for an alternate address if you enter a PO Box address at checkout. This may delay the processing time of your order. 
  • LEM Helmets uses a zone system to calculate probable shipping time. Estimated hipping times are listed in business days. Neither LEM Helmets nor carriers guarantee arrival dates for shipments.


Please understand our warehouse requires time to process your order for shipping. Once processed, shipping time begins from the date of carrier pickup, i.e. orders placed with 2nd-day service will still require 1 to 2 business days processing time in addition to the shipping time indicated by the expedited service tier.

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your new gear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and all tags and labels included.

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided and send your return to the following

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

After receiving your return, we will process your return or exchange promptly. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify
you by email when your return has been processed.
